Madrichim (leaders) Program

Once they have completed their B'nai Mitzvah, teens can take on various leadership roles in our Sunday morning program. They serve as positive role models for continued Jewish engagement, sit side-by-side with learners in the classroom, and provide social, emotional, and academic support to everyone. They have the “cool factor” that learners love!

Madrichim are eligible to accrue service hours for their efforts or cash out funds to use towards Jewish youth programs. They work very hard each week to provide a safe and fun learning environment for our young people, and we are so grateful for all they do!
