Jewish Family Services, as part of the Jewish Community Mental
Health Coalition, and various partners in the community, sent out a
survey about mental health attitudes just prior to the High Holy Days in
2011.
Over 300 people responded, giving us valuable insight into people’s
attitudes about mental illness. However, we find we need some more
specific information to develop an effective an action plan for
providing more accessible and effective resources for those facing
mental health challenges. Therefore, we would like you to take a brief,
follow-up survey to more deeply explore our community’s concerns and
attitudes around mental health issues.
And don’t worry – this brief survey typically takes under 5 minutes
to complete, and your responses are both anonymous and confidential. You can take this survey whether or not you took the first one. Click here to take the survey.
Thank you for your time and consideration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me either at 913-327-8262 or dgoldman@jfskc.org.
